CarKey non raccoglie nessun dato. Nessuno.
Non c'è un account, non c'è un server, non ci sono statistiche, non c'è
pubblicità. L'app non fa nessuna chiamata di rete: quello
che scrivi resta sul telefono su cui l'hai scritto. Gli unici indirizzi
che l'app può aprire sono quelli di questo sito e della sua scheda sullo
store, e li apre solo quando tocchi tu una voce in Impostazioni.
Quali dati tratta l'app, e dove stanno
Tutto quello che segue è salvato solo nella memoria del tuo
dispositivo, in un'area privata dell'app che nessun'altra
applicazione può leggere:
i dati delle tue auto (nome, targa, marca, modello, data di prima
immatricolazione, Paese, alimentazione, potenza, dati della polizza);
le scadenze che inserisci, le date che correggi e le volte che le hai
segnate come fatte;
i documenti che scegli di aggiungere (foto e PDF);
la posizione dell'ultimo parcheggio, se e quando decidi di salvarla,
e l'ora fino a cui hai pagato la sosta;
le tue preferenze (ora dei promemoria, protezione dei documenti,
lingua, suoni).
Nessuno di questi dati viene trasmesso a noi, né a terzi, né a servizi
di analisi, perché l'app non ha alcun canale per farlo.
Esclusione dai backup
I dati e i documenti di CarKey sono esclusi anche dai backup di
sistema (iCloud su iPhone, Auto Backup e trasferimento fra
dispositivi su Android).
Questo significa una cosa che è giusto scrivere
in grande: se perdi il telefono, o si rompe, i documenti che avevi
in CarKey sono persi. Non esiste una copia da nessun'altra parte,
e non possiamo recuperarli nemmeno noi. Continua a tenere gli originali di
carta dove li tieni adesso.
Le uniche cose che possono uscire sono quelle che esporti tu: il file
per il calendario e il riepilogo da stampare. Escono solo quando lo chiedi,
e vanno dove decidi tu.

La posizione non viene mai letta in background. L'app
non ha e non chiede il permesso «Sempre», e non registra uno storico degli
spostamenti: di ogni auto tiene un solo parcheggio, e il nuovo sostituisce
il vecchio. Nessun microfono, nessun accesso ai contatti.
Puoi revocare ogni permesso in qualunque momento dalle impostazioni del
sistema operativo. L'app continua a funzionare, con meno funzioni.
Face ID e impronta digitale
CarKey non vede e non conserva i tuoi dati biometrici:
chiede al sistema operativo di verificare la tua identità e riceve indietro
solo un sì o un no.
Va detto con precisione cosa protegge: è un cancello all'ingresso dei
documenti, non una cassaforte. I file restano protetti dalla crittografia
del dispositivo, che è seria, ma è quella del telefono, non nostra.
Il sito web
Questa pagina e quella di assistenza stanno su
mobile.elephant-inc.com, un sito statico senza account né
moduli. Come ogni server web, può conservare per breve tempo i normali log
di accesso (indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, pagina richiesta), usati solo
per far funzionare il sito e per la sua sicurezza: non vengono incrociati
con nulla e non identificano chi usa l'app.
Minori
L'app è pensata per chi guida e non è rivolta ai minori. Non
raccogliendo dati da nessuno, non ne raccoglie nemmeno da loro.
Cancellazione dei dati
Eliminando un documento lo cancelli dal telefono. Disinstallando CarKey
cancelli tutto quanto. Non serve scriverci: non abbiamo nulla di tuo da
cancellare.
Modifiche a questa informativa
Se un giorno CarKey dovesse trattare dati in modo diverso, questa pagina
verrà aggiornata prima che la nuova versione sia pubblicata, e la data in
cima cambierà.

CarKey collects no data. None.
There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising. The app
makes no network requests at all: what you enter stays on
the phone you entered it on. The only addresses the app can open are this
website and its own store page, and it opens them only when you tap an
entry in Settings.
What the app handles, and where it lives
Everything below is stored only in your device's own
memory, in a private area of the app that no other application
can read:
your cars (name, number plate, make, model, first-registration date,
country, fuel, power, insurance policy details);
the dates you enter, the dates you correct, and the times you marked
them as done;
the documents you choose to add (photos and PDFs);
your last parking spot, if and when you decide to save it, and the
time you paid the meter until;
your preferences (reminder time, document protection, language,
sounds).
None of this is sent to us, to third parties or to analytics services,
because the app has no channel to do so.
Excluded from backups
CarKey's data and documents are excluded from system backups
too (iCloud on iPhone, Auto Backup and device-to-device transfer
on Android).
This means something worth writing in big
letters: if you lose the phone, or it breaks, the documents you
kept in CarKey are gone. There is no copy anywhere else, and we
cannot recover them either. Keep the paper originals where you keep them
now.
The only things that can leave are the ones you export yourself: the
calendar file and the printable summary. They leave only when you ask, and
go where you decide.

Location is never read in the background. The app does
not have and does not ask for the "Always" permission, and keeps no
location history: it stores a single parking spot per car, and a new one
replaces the old. No microphone, no access to contacts.
You can revoke any permission at any time from the operating system's
settings. The app keeps working, with fewer features.
Face ID and fingerprint
CarKey never sees or stores your biometric data: it asks
the operating system to verify your identity and gets back a yes or a
no.
To be precise about what it protects: it is a gate at the entrance of
the documents, not a safe. The files remain protected by the device's own
encryption, which is serious, but it is the phone's, not ours.
The website
This page and the support page live on
mobile.elephant-inc.com, a static site with no accounts
and no forms. Like any web server it may keep ordinary access logs for a
short time (IP address, browser type, page requested), used only to run
the site and keep it secure: they are not combined with anything else and
do not identify app users.
Children
The app is meant for drivers and is not aimed at children. Since it
collects no data from anyone, it collects none from them either.
Deleting your data
Deleting a document removes it from the phone. Uninstalling CarKey
removes everything. You do not need to write to us: we hold none of your
data.
Changes to this policy
If CarKey ever handles data differently, this page will be updated
before the new version is published, and the date at the top will
change.

L'application ne fait aucune requête réseau : ce que vous
saisissez reste sur le téléphone où vous l'avez saisi. Les seules adresses
que l'application peut ouvrir sont ce site et sa propre fiche sur le store,
et elle ne les ouvre que lorsque vous touchez une entrée dans les
Réglages.
Quelles données l'application traite, et où elles se trouvent
Tout ce qui suit est enregistré uniquement dans la mémoire de
votre appareil, dans une zone privée de l'application qu'aucune
autre application ne peut lire :
vos voitures (nom, immatriculation, marque, modèle, date de première
mise en circulation, pays, carburant, puissance, données du contrat
d'assurance) ;
les échéances que vous saisissez, les dates que vous corrigez et les
fois où vous les avez marquées comme faites ;
les documents que vous choisissez d'ajouter (photos et PDF) ;
la position de votre dernier stationnement, si et quand vous décidez
de l'enregistrer, et l'heure jusqu'à laquelle vous avez payé
l'horodateur ;
vos préférences (heure des rappels, protection des documents, langue,
sons).
Aucune de ces données n'est transmise à nous, à des tiers ni à des
services d'analyse : l'application n'a aucun canal pour le faire.
Exclusion des sauvegardes
Les données et les documents de CarKey sont exclus aussi des
sauvegardes du système (iCloud sur iPhone, sauvegarde automatique
et transfert entre appareils sur Android).
Cela veut dire une chose qu'il est juste d'écrire
en grand : si vous perdez le téléphone, ou s'il casse, les
documents que vous aviez dans CarKey sont perdus. Il n'en existe
aucune copie ailleurs, et nous ne pouvons pas les récupérer non plus.
Gardez les originaux papier là où vous les gardez aujourd'hui.
Les seules choses qui peuvent sortir sont celles que vous exportez
vous-même : le fichier pour le calendrier et le récapitulatif à imprimer.
Ils ne sortent que lorsque vous le demandez, et vont où vous décidez.

La position n'est jamais lue en arrière-plan.
L'application n'a pas et ne demande pas l'autorisation « Toujours », et ne
garde aucun historique de déplacements : elle conserve un seul
stationnement par voiture, et le nouveau remplace l'ancien. Pas de micro,
pas d'accès aux contacts.
Vous pouvez révoquer chaque autorisation à tout moment dans les réglages
du système. L'application continue de fonctionner, avec moins de
fonctions.
Face ID et empreinte digitale
CarKey ne voit pas et ne conserve pas vos données
biométriques : elle demande au système de vérifier votre identité et reçoit
en retour seulement un oui ou un non.
Il faut dire précisément ce qu'elle protège : c'est un portillon à
l'entrée des documents, pas un coffre-fort. Les fichiers restent protégés
par le chiffrement de l'appareil, qui est sérieux, mais c'est celui du
téléphone, pas le nôtre.
Le site web
Cette page et celle d'assistance sont hébergées sur
mobile.elephant-inc.com, un site statique sans compte ni
formulaire. Comme tout serveur web, il peut conserver brièvement les
journaux d'accès habituels (adresse IP, type de navigateur, page demandée),
utilisés seulement pour faire fonctionner le site et le sécuriser : ils ne
sont croisés avec rien et n'identifient pas les utilisateurs.
Mineurs
L'application s'adresse à ceux qui conduisent et n'est pas destinée aux
mineurs. Ne collectant de données auprès de personne, elle n'en collecte
pas non plus auprès d'eux.
Suppression des données
Supprimer un document l'efface du téléphone. Désinstaller CarKey efface
tout. Inutile de nous écrire : nous ne détenons rien de vous.
Modifications de cette politique
Si un jour CarKey devait traiter des données autrement, cette page sera
mise à jour avant la publication de la nouvelle version, et la date en
haut changera.

einzigen Adressen, die die App öffnen kann, sind diese Website und ihre
eigene Store-Seite, und sie öffnet sie nur, wenn Sie in den Einstellungen
darauf tippen.
Welche Daten die App verarbeitet, und wo sie liegen
Alles Folgende wird nur im Speicher Ihres Geräts
gesichert, in einem privaten Bereich der App, den keine andere Anwendung
lesen kann:
Ihre Autos (Name, Kennzeichen, Marke, Modell, Erstzulassung, Land,
Kraftstoff, Leistung, Daten der Versicherungspolice);
die Termine, die Sie eintragen, die Daten, die Sie korrigieren, und
die Male, an denen Sie sie als erledigt markiert haben;
die Dokumente, die Sie hinzufügen (Fotos und PDFs);
der letzte Parkplatz, falls und wann Sie ihn speichern, und die
Uhrzeit, bis zu der Sie die Parkuhr bezahlt haben;
Ihre Einstellungen (Uhrzeit der Erinnerungen, Schutz der Dokumente,
Sprache, Töne).
Nichts davon wird an uns, an Dritte oder an Analysedienste übermittelt:
Die App hat keinen Kanal dafür.
Ausgenommen von Backups
Daten und Dokumente von CarKey sind auch von den System-Backups
ausgenommen (iCloud auf dem iPhone, Auto Backup und
Geräteübertragung auf Android).
Das bedeutet etwas, das man groß schreiben
sollte: Geht das Telefon verloren oder kaputt, sind die Dokumente
aus CarKey weg. Es gibt nirgendwo eine Kopie, und auch wir können
sie nicht wiederherstellen. Bewahren Sie die Papieroriginale weiter dort
auf, wo sie jetzt sind.
Das Einzige, was hinausgehen kann, ist, was Sie selbst exportieren: die
Kalenderdatei und die Übersicht zum Drucken. Sie gehen nur hinaus, wenn Sie
es verlangen, und dorthin, wohin Sie es bestimmen.

Die Dokumente entsperren
Der Standort wird nie im Hintergrund gelesen. Die App
hat die Berechtigung „Immer“ nicht und fragt sie nicht an, und sie führt
keinen Bewegungsverlauf: pro Auto merkt sie sich einen einzigen Parkplatz,
und der neue ersetzt den alten. Kein Mikrofon, kein Zugriff auf
Kontakte.
Sie können jede Berechtigung jederzeit in den Einstellungen des
Betriebssystems widerrufen. Die App funktioniert weiter, mit weniger
Funktionen.
Face ID und Fingerabdruck
CarKey sieht und speichert Ihre biometrischen Daten
nicht: Die App bittet das Betriebssystem, Ihre Identität
zu prüfen, und bekommt nur ein Ja oder ein Nein zurück.
Genau gesagt schützt sie Folgendes: Es ist eine Schranke am Eingang zu
den Dokumenten, kein Tresor. Die Dateien bleiben durch die Verschlüsselung
des Geräts geschützt, die ernst zu nehmen ist, aber sie gehört dem
Telefon, nicht uns.
Die Website
Diese Seite und die Support-Seite liegen auf
mobile.elephant-inc.com, einer statischen Website ohne
Konten und ohne Formulare. Wie jeder Webserver kann sie für kurze Zeit die
üblichen Zugriffsprotokolle speichern (IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, aufgerufene
Seite), nur um die Website zu betreiben und abzusichern: Sie werden mit
nichts verknüpft und identifizieren keine Nutzer.
Kinder
Die App ist für Menschen gedacht, die Auto fahren, und richtet sich
nicht an Kinder. Da von niemandem Daten erhoben werden, auch von ihnen
nicht.
Daten löschen
Wer ein Dokument löscht, entfernt es vom Telefon. Wer CarKey
deinstalliert, entfernt alles. Sie müssen uns nicht schreiben: Wir haben
nichts von Ihnen.
Änderungen an dieser Erklärung
Sollte CarKey eines Tages Daten anders behandeln, wird diese Seite
aktualisiert, bevor die neue Version veröffentlicht wird, und das Datum
oben ändert sich.

No hay cuenta, no hay servidor, no hay estadísticas, no hay publicidad.
La app no hace ninguna petición de red: lo que escribes se
queda en el teléfono donde lo escribiste. Las únicas direcciones que la app
puede abrir son este sitio y su propia ficha en la tienda, y las abre solo
cuando tocas una entrada en Ajustes.
Qué datos trata la app, y dónde están
Todo lo que sigue se guarda solo en la memoria de tu
dispositivo, en un área privada de la app que ninguna otra
aplicación puede leer:
tus coches (nombre, matrícula, marca, modelo, fecha de primera
matriculación, país, combustible, potencia, datos de la póliza);
los vencimientos que introduces, las fechas que corriges y las veces
que los has marcado como hechos;
los documentos que decides añadir (fotos y PDF);
la posición del último aparcamiento, si y cuando decides guardarla, y
la hora hasta la que has pagado el parquímetro;
tus preferencias (hora de los avisos, protección de los documentos,
idioma, sonidos).
Ninguno de estos datos se transmite a nosotros, a terceros ni a servicios
de análisis, porque la app no tiene ningún canal para hacerlo.
Exclusión de las copias de seguridad
Los datos y los documentos de CarKey están excluidos también de
las copias de seguridad del sistema (iCloud en iPhone, copia
automática y transferencia entre dispositivos en Android).
Esto significa algo que es justo escribir en
grande: si pierdes el teléfono, o se rompe, los documentos que
tenías en CarKey se pierden. No existe una copia en ningún otro
sitio, y tampoco nosotros podemos recuperarlos. Sigue guardando los
originales en papel donde los guardas ahora.
Lo único que puede salir es lo que exportas tú: el archivo para el
calendario y el resumen para imprimir. Salen solo cuando lo pides, y van
adonde tú decides.

La ubicación nunca se lee en segundo plano. La app no
tiene ni pide el permiso «Siempre», y no guarda ningún historial de
desplazamientos: de cada coche conserva un solo aparcamiento, y el nuevo
sustituye al anterior. Sin micrófono, sin acceso a los contactos.
Puedes revocar cualquier permiso en cualquier momento desde los ajustes
del sistema. La app sigue funcionando, con menos funciones.
Face ID y huella dactilar
CarKey no ve ni conserva tus datos biométricos: pide al
sistema operativo que verifique tu identidad y recibe solo un sí o un
no.
Conviene decir con precisión qué protege: es una puerta a la entrada de
los documentos, no una caja fuerte. Los archivos siguen protegidos por el
cifrado del dispositivo, que es serio, pero es el del teléfono, no el
nuestro.
El sitio web
Esta página y la de soporte están en
mobile.elephant-inc.com, un sitio estático sin cuentas ni
formularios. Como cualquier servidor web, puede conservar durante poco
tiempo los registros de acceso habituales (dirección IP, tipo de navegador,
página solicitada), usados solo para que el sitio funcione y sea seguro:
no se cruzan con nada y no identifican a quien usa la app.
Menores
La app está pensada para quien conduce y no se dirige a menores. Como
no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco los recopila de ellos.
Borrado de los datos
Al eliminar un documento lo borras del teléfono. Al desinstalar CarKey
lo borras todo. No hace falta escribirnos: no tenemos nada tuyo que
borrar.
Cambios en esta política
Si algún día CarKey tratara los datos de otra forma, esta página se
actualizará antes de publicar la nueva versión, y la fecha de arriba
cambiará.
