Speakitty 2.0 for iPhone, iPad and Android
If the game will not start, does not hear you, misbehaves or simply annoyed you, write to us. A person answers.

What to tell us, so we can help quickly
- the game version, which you will find in Settings;
- your phone and system (Android or iPhone), and the language you play in;
- what you were doing when it happened — and, if the cat misheard you, what you said and what the "I heard" chip showed.
Things that answer themselves
"The cat never hears me." Hold the microphone button for the whole word and release it right after: the phone listens only while the button is down. Speak one word at a time, at normal volume, close to the phone. The chip under the cat shows what was understood — if it keeps hearing something else, try touch mode: same letters, same points, no microphone.
"It says speech recognition is not available." Your phone has no speech recognition service for this language (on Android this usually means the Google app or Speech Services are missing or disabled). Speakitty then starts in touch mode by itself. Installing or enabling the phone's speech service brings the microphone back.
"I denied the microphone by mistake." Open the phone's Settings → Speakitty and allow the microphone (on iPhone also Speech Recognition). The game will offer voice mode again at the next game.
"My daily challenge is different from my friend's." The daily challenge is the same for everyone who plays on the same date in the same language. A different language, or a different date (time zones, or a phone whose date is off), gives a different set of letters.
"The clock stopped." That is on purpose: the clock pauses while the phone is recognising what you said, and while the app is in the background, so a slow moment never costs you a level. It starts again the instant the answer arrives.
"I lost my progress." Progress lives only on your device and never leaves it: if you uninstalled the game or cleared its data there is no copy to restore, not even on our side. That is the price of collecting nothing.
"The game is silent." Speakitty respects the phone's silent switch and its own switches: check Sound effects and Music in Settings, and the ringer volume. Music stops by itself while the microphone is open, and in a game.
Privacy
Speakitty collects no data; your voice goes to your phone's own speech recognition service and nowhere else. Details in the privacy policy.

- la versione del gioco, che trovi nelle Impostazioni;
- che telefono hai e quale sistema (Android o iPhone), e in che lingua giochi;
«Ho perso i progressi.»
